CAG Supports Malawi School of Government to Strengthen Curriculum Development and Design Skills

CAG, the training arm of CIG, recently facilitated a two-day Curriculum Development and Instructional Design workshop for the Malawi School of Government (MSG) in preparation for a Malawi Public Sector Leadership milestone programme which CIG and MSG are jointly developing. The workshop was held from 29 February 2024 to 1 March 2024. It aimed to equip senior MSG staff and other facilitators who will be facilitating at the milestone programme with deep insights into adult learning principles, effective curriculum development techniques and resources to create engaging learning modules tailored to meet the evolving needs of public service leaders, in areas such as public policy design and programme management, contract management and results-based project management in the public service amongst others.
