Practitioner Communities

We believe in the valuable expertise of civil servants and public officers, which can only be gained from dealing with the demands, constraints and challenges of government work over the years. However, not much has been done to unearth and tap on this wealth of tacit knowledge.

Peer Learning

Peer learning and dialogue supports leadership development, and enables direct transmission of knowledge and wisdom between government experts and practitioners. It is important that we provide them with a safe platform and environment to share and learn from each other.

CIG convenes platforms such as facilitated dialogues, mentorship programmes and communities of practice, to support these goals.
