Lee Hui Yi

Hui Yi is Manager (Strategy and Communications) at the Chandler Institute of Governance (CIG). In this role, she supports CIG’s strategy development and external communications.

Before joining CIG, Hui Yi held various roles at the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS), where she worked closely with a diverse range of stakeholders and developed skills in strategy, stakeholder and project management, and research. She represented Singapore in meetings with international counterparts and businesses in transfer pricing negotiations. She was also involved in key projects involving digital economy and youth outreach. Beyond technical work, she also supported senior management in reviews, reports and presentations on a range of strategic and operational topics.

Hui Yi holds a BA (First Class Honours) in Economics from the University of Cambridge, which she attended on an IRAS Overseas Scholarship.
