Edward is Manager (Programmes) at the Chandler Academy of Governance (CAG). In this capacity, he leads the design, development, and implementation of training and capacity-building programmes, collaborating closely with subject matter experts, government partners, and stakeholders globally. His work focuses on creating tailored programmes that equip public service leaders and professionals with the skills necessary to navigate digital advancements and evolving governance landscapes addressing both immediate challenges and long-term opportunities for progress.
Before joining CAG, Edward played a key role in driving organisational and learning development initiatives within the Singapore Public Sector, with a particular emphasis on digital transformation. His expertise lies in facilitating communication and alignment between frontline teams and senior leadership, using data and feedback to inform decision-making and translating organisational objectives into actionable learning strategies that foster innovation, resilience, and growth.
Edward holds a Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences from the National University of Singapore (NUS).
