Daniel Subramaniam
Manager (Strategy and Communications)
Daniel is Manager (Strategy and Communications) at the Chandler Institute of Governance. In his current role, he supports the organisation’s external communications and strategy development.
Before joining CIG, Daniel held various roles in policy and communications in Malaysia. He served as a Special Officer to the Minister for Energy, Science, Technology, Environment and Climate Change where he coordinated policy development in the fields of sustainable finance, and science, technology, and innovation policy.
He has also worked as an external affairs consultant for the World Bank office in Malaysia where he supported the organisation's media relations, government engagements, and research publications.
Daniel holds a Master of Public Policy from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, Singapore, and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Warwick, UK.
