Agnes Chin

Agnes is the Head of Business Systems at the Chandler Institute of Governance (CIG). She leads the team that ensures the functionality, reliability and resilience of key organisational systems and capabilities. This includes managing and implementing key processes, policies and systems in human resources, ICT and office hardware and software, finance and accounting, including payroll and claims, and office administration.

Agnes brings two decades of experience in both public and private sector organisations in Singapore. Prior to joining CIG, she held various corporate roles in the Singapore Management University, IPOS International and HeritageSG. She led the inaugural team that drove the digital transformation journey of HeritageSG, where she built strong coalitions of internal and external stakeholders to achieve results. She also supported the board of directors in strategic priorities and directions, and partnered with business units to execute growth strategies. Agnes holds a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University.
