Senior Manager (Government Projects and Programmes)

Huey Khey is Senior Manager (Government Projects and Programmes) at the Chandler Institute of Governance (CIG). In her current role, she manages the design and implementation of practical projects, training and related programmes in partnership with government partners around the world.

Before joining the Chandler Institute, Huey Khey held roles at Singapore Polytechnic International (SPI) and Singapore Cooperation Enterprise (SCE) where she accumulated considerable experience in international work, programme development and stakeholder management. She collaborated with a diverse array of stakeholders to co-design initiatives and led teams in developing and executing capacity-building programs, consultancy projects, and regional conferences focusing on Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) learning and teaching pedagogies, as well as Singapore’s developmental narrative. She also played an instrumental role in nurturing strategic partnerships with many Institutes of Higher Education and government agencies across Asia and beyond.

Huey Khey holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the National University of Singapore.
