Wen Haoyu
Manager (Data Analytics and Research)
Haoyu is the Manager (Data Analytics and Research) at the Chandler Institute of Governance. His research primarily focuses on enhancing the design and methodology of the Chandler Good Government Index. He also develops advanced data analysis programmes to automate workflows and generate insights.
Before joining the team, Haoyu acquired his PhD degree in Physics at Nanyang Technological University, where he accumulated extensive experience in mathematical modelling, data analysis, and programming. Haoyu also holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics with a second major in Applied Mathematics at Nanyang Technological University.
